Maplewood fire gives rise to new moniker: ‘The Phoenix Season’

After a fire Monday night destroyed the 19th-century Maplewood Barn, the performing arts company that relied on the structure continues grappling with more questions than answers.

On one issue there is no ambiguity: The upcoming season will be held as planned starting May 14, but under a new name.

“We are calling 2010, ‘The Phoenix Season,’ ” said Lee Wilkins Black, vice president of marketing for the board of directors. “We are going to rise from the ashes … ”

    Is there any way to order the Phoenix shirts larger than XL? I’m sure there are a lot of people who would buy them if you had sizes for larger folks like 2XL and 3XL.
